This past weekend I went snowshoeing with some girls in my cohort. We woke up at 7 and drove up at 8 to the well groomed mountain road to Mt. Seymour in North Vancouver. The weather was pretty spectacular. We signed up for a snow fit class which involved, lunges, jumping jacks, stretches and a good long trudge through the groomed trails. For $21 including rentals, hot cider and a guide, it was pretty good. I don’t think some of us were too thrilled (Danielle) with the mid-showshoe lunges.
