My favourite kind of travelling is the kind that takes me to big epic cliffs with dramatic drops against an ocean. I loved Tofino in BC, I loved Big Sur in California and I love coastlines. The Cliffs of Moher were probably the highest priority in my list of things to check out in Ireland and I was not disappointed.
We had gone to another cliff the day before along Slea Head Drive along the Dingle Peninsula where I got a chance to see the Atlantic Ocean for the very first time. We also got to go to the most Western tip of the UK where the Canadians and Americans all posed to show them being at the closest point to their respective home countries.
After the cliffs we stopped for lunch in the seaside town of Dingle which was my favourite stop. The town was so nice and quaint and the food was really good. We had ice cream from a local shop and it was the best ice cream I’d ever had.
