I’ve been running 3 days a week (it really is supposed to be 4 or 5) the past moth and I cannot believe how great of a shape I’m in. I’m pretty sure I’m in the best shape of my life right now. Half-marathon training results are nothing compared to full-training on my body.
I’ve been fortunate to have a fairly large group to run with at Running Room so it makes those gruelling rainy and icy runs much easier. Here are some shots from today and my progress this first month. Today was the first run I had actually felt fantastic in. You grade your run every time you do it from poor, difficult, moderate, great and fantastic. I’m looking forward to the progress next month. I’m NOT looking forward to hill training.
