I was feeling experimental the other day and made these swiss chard chips. You can make kale chips too. I used the vegan ‘cheese’ sauce and then dehydrated them in the oven for a few hours. Ryan mistakend them for garbage and threw them out I suspect because I can’t find the container I stored anywhere!
I also made breakfast parmesan popovers. You can make these anytime for dinner, hor d’ourves or breakfast. I reccommend sprinkling cheese on top and using mini muffin pans. I mix all the ingredients (except the cheese) in a blender for 5 seconds and pour them into the muffin tins.
