During these past 6 weeks I have been spending my days with a small cohort of 19 students for the SFU Summer Semester in Dialogue. It’s an experimental approach to learning involving dialogue with people rather than reading textbooks and attending lecture. The instructors are largely there to guide us and don’t teach. Rather they give us the tools and the resources to engage in dialogue with industry, government and municipalities in order to understand the topic du jour. I’ve been spending a lot of time on my other website http://wildingvancouver.com . Visit it and let me know what you think. At the very least you’ll see some pretty photos of the city.

We’ve also sold our place as of this week. It was on the market for 4 days and it was snatched up quickly. I think it was the warm tray of chocolate chip cookies I layed out during the open house that sealed the deal. Here are some photos of our apartment in its staged form.
