During the first few days we were here, we went to the Cracked Conch for lunch. Conch is a giant snail that is tenderized then turned into fritters, ceviche or breaded. It tastes like calamari. Our rental car for this month is a Daihatsu Sirion which Ryan affectionately calls “The Sirloin” because from afar, it’s what you read. The car is super compact and has the horsepower of a hamster. Very roomy though! Down in Cayman you also drive on the left hand side of the road therefore about half the cars imported here are right hand drive – like the one we have.
